Memberships
* Fund the Fun Scholarships are available to all eligible individuals and families who live within the corporate city limits of the City of Middleton.
* Application MUST be completed in it's entirety in order to be approved
* Fund the Fun Scholarships are considered for all recreation programs except aquatic center season passes and discount passes, trips, costs associated with supplies not provided in the program or uniforms. Additionally, all contractual programs are not eligible for a discounted rate.
* The Department reserves the right to accept or deny any applicant’s request based upon applicant’s information provided.
* All amounts due must be paid by the applicant at least 7 days prior to first day of the registered programs. Failure to due so may result in your scholarship being revoked.
* The PLRF Department does not discriminate. We welcome all individuals to our programs and facilities
regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, family status, national origin, age, disability or socio-economic status.
* The application will remain active for 1 calendar year.
* Eligible Financial Support Program Applicants will be given $100 per family/per calendar year
