Eligibility Requirements
1. Plot fee reduction is available to all eligible individuals who live within the corporate city limits of Middleton.
2. Documentation MUST be provided that shows the need for plot fee reduction assistance.
3. Applications MUST be completed in its entirety in order to be approved.
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligible plot fee reduction applicants will be pay a fee of $30.
2. Plot fee reduction is considered for garden plot fees ONLY and do not apply to hay bale purchases or additional gardening supplies.
3. All amounts due MUST be paid at least 7 days prior to opening day of the garden.
4. Funds are non-transferable and do not roll over to the next year.
5. Middleton Parks & Recreation reserves the right to accept or deny any application based upon eligibility requirements set forth by the department.
