Practice Schedule:
Tuesday Nights beginning August 5th
Time: 5-6:30pm
Location: Lakeview Park Open Green Space


Team Formation:
Players in 2/3rd grade will be placed on rosters for the school they attend. If necessary, players from schools in close geographical proximity will be placed together to fulfill roster requirements. Players from private schools or those who home school are placed on the roster of the public school they would otherwise attend.

Games: Typically Saturday Mornings
First Week: September 6th
Last Week of Games October 11

Game Locations: Typical at Baer Park in Cross Plains or Lakeview Park in Middleton

UPDATED RESIDENT/NON-RESIDENT POLICY

Resident: A resident is any person who resides within the corporate city limits of Middleton.

Non-Resident: Any person who resides outside of the corporate city limits of Middleton. Persons who own property in Middleton, but reside outside of Middleton, are considered non-residents.

PROGRAM REFUND POLICY

All participant program cancellation requests must be made at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be issued after this time. A $5.00 cancellation fee will be withheld from your refund per program, per participant. Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days unless otherwise noted.

Credit card processing fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will NOT be issued for unattended classes, weather related cancellations, or holiday dates.

Full refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances: 1) The department cancels the program for a reason other than inclement weather or 2) The participant has a medical reason (Physician’s note is required).
