Note:
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will not be issued due to rainouts or inclement weather. Cancellations and refund requests must be made during office hours or by emailing middletonrec@cityofmiddleton.us. The refund request must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the reservation date to receive a 75% refund back to the original form of payment.
No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of the reservation date.
