Note:

INDOOR SHELTER ONLY: A keycode is required for entry to the shelter space. We will confirm one week prior entry/exit times and provide you with a keycode via email
Rental time is 10am to 10pm.
No glass allowed in the park.
Beer and wine are allowed for those legally allowed to consume it.
All individuals must comply with state and/or county health orders in effect on the date the reserved facility is used.

Please note that the Lakeview Indoor Shelter requires individuals using the facility to set up and take down tables and seating within the shelter.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds will not be issued due to rainouts or inclement weather. Cancellations and refund requests must be made during office hours or by emailing middletonrec@cityofmiddleton.us. The refund request must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the reservation date to receive a 75% refund back to the original form of payment.

No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of the reservation date.
